KAPCO|VALTEC (Brea, U.S.A, founded in 1972), has signed a contract with Rhenus Air for the warehouse and distribution of aircraft parts for the European market. KAPCO|VALTEC is a leading supplier of aircraft parts and in particular certified packaging and connectors. The customer base of KAPCO|VALTEC includes among others airline companies such as Air France/KLM, Lufthansa but also MRO companies such as Stork Fokker, SR Technics and Aeroplex of Central Europe.

In order to strengthen its market position in the European market, KAPCO|VALTEC has decided to offer its services closer to the European customer base and with the opening of its sales and distribution offices at Schiphol-South it hopes to bridge the time difference with the U.S.A.

After a lengthy tender procedure, KAPCO|VALTEC has chosen Rhenus Air as its logistics partner to facilitate its European service and distribution office. Rhenus will supply warehouse capacity and will also manage the incoming and outgoing goods flow as well as the pick and pack operation and the administrative procedures involved. KAPCO|VALTEC has opened a service office located at Rhenus from where they will serve the European market. The cooperation with KAPCO|VALTEC will strengthen Rhenus Air’s position as a Aerospace & Defense logistics specialist.
